This is one of the miniature wings worn by foreign RAF trained personnel.  These were worn mostly by Czechs and Poles when transferring back to their own air forces.  The insignia of their own air force was then worn, but with these miniatures on the right breast. Members of the U.S. AAF also wore these miniatures.
