These pilot wings were worn by Sgt. Major Gino Gamberini who was a pilot in the "Falchi delle Baleari" (Falcons of the Balearics) which flew SM 79s from bases in Mallorca, attacking the Republican cities like Barcelona, Valencia etc.

This is Sgt. Giuseppe Ruzzin an Italian CR 32 fighter pilot when he was in Spain. He flew in Spain from September 1936 until October 1937 and had 4 Kills plus 4 shared.
