After WW1, the Canadians formed the Canadian Air Force, short-lived, as the RCAF was formed in 1924, these badges are the second type, the first having scrolls. This is the hat badge (stg. silver), rank pips (stg. silver), fragile wing (these are often broken) although this one is still unbroken, and still has the original dark blue backing cloth, collar badges (silver). These are exceptionally rare, especially as a set.
