A WWII bullion wing with RI in the shield, obviously for Rhode Island. It is on a uniform to a gentleman who flew with the 152nd Observation squadron, flying out of Hillsgrove Army Airfield in Providence RI. (Now T.F. Greene Inter'l Airport) The 152nd was one of only two National Guard Air units federalized during the war. It was worn by a gentleman named Louis J. Marcicelli.
