Warren notes that this wing appears to have been made in England and it's the first one that he's seen that was done in all drab.

The Mel R. E. "mtnman" Collection
11/26/2019
This is a very rare World War II version of the Royal Australian Air Force pilot wing the wing is of standard size, with the RAAF centered to the wreath. All else about the wing is of the Royal Air Force World War II pilot wing design, including coloration of all elements, with brown wreath and light oatmeal fletching as well as the actual aesthetic design of the fletching and central wreath and crown. The Royal Australian Air Force used a blue and white thread pattern with a design markedly different than the RAF in the actual aesthetic of the fletching.
